We are located in Omaha, Nebraska, but with email and the nature of the world wide web we have the unique ability to work on your time. Because of this, we are able to communicate at a time most convenient to you. We have never met in person with a number of our clients.

You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. We are here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs varies from $10 to $50 per page. Depending on the plan you choose. If you have an existing website that you are looking to add on to let us know and we will provide you with a quote.

Of course! If you would like to start out with a smaller package and then at any time feel that one of the larger packages will fit your needs better it is not a problem at all. We can upgrade your web design package for you by adding the additional pages and features of your choice. All that would be required is for you to pay the difference in cost between the two packages. It's as easy as that!

The Web Design Packages are offered with hosting thru IX Webhosting. Our Custom Website Designs can be up-loaded to your existing host. Of course, if you do not have a current hosting provider we would be more than happy to discuss some of our fantastic hosting opportunities available from IX Webhosting!

Each of the Website Design Packages require full payment up front. To get started on a Custom Website Design, you must make a 50% payment up front. We accept payment by check or through any of the major credit cards via PayPal. If work has already begun on your project, the maximum refund will be 50%. If your project is more than 50% completed then there will be no refund. Of course, Graphic Design by Dianne has always prided itself on customer satisfaction no matter what. So if an issue arises with the design of your site, we will work with you till you are completely satisfied with the final product.

We guarantee that your site will be created for you in a timely manner, not only will it be aesthetically pleasing but it will also be very intuitive to use. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with every aspect of your website. We warranty that all aspects of the website will be fully functional when final payment is requested.

Privacy and information security remains one of the number one concerns on the Internet today. Graphic Design by Dianne has always and will always keep private all of our clients personal information. We will never sell or share your personal information to any Third-Party company without your express consent and knowledge.

That's great! The fist step is to select what plan fits your needs. We have three different design packages available. Anything from a basic informational website to a full featured dynamic E-commerce site. Once you select your package, your next step is to from our diverse listing of value added website features. This includes everything from search engine submission, to a full featured graphics. After selecting your plan and features your next step is to contract with us. We will then begin on the process of establishing your web presence!

We utilize your logo, images, and text to ensure that your website is exactly what you want. All we need to get started is a general idea of what you would like the site to look like. The images, logos, and text are needed to complete the design process. Just keep in mind that the quicker you provide us with this information, the faster we are able to complete your web design. it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your web site exactly the way YOU want it. You and your input are an integral part of the design process and we can't build your site without it!

Our eCommerce websites come with everything you need to have a successful and full featured online store. This includes integration of the PayPal payment gateway into your store to process credit card transactions from your customers.

If you have an already designed site but want to add one of our value added features, or just need changes and updates made, our design team can still help you. With our Website Maintenance package, we can make updates and changes to the text, images, or code. The rate for these changes is $35 per hour and one of our project managers can give you a quote for the job. You can also choose to add something from our list of special features. These can be integrated into an existing website.

All of our plans have a scheduled time for completion. These schedules are attainable provided you have all the text, logo's, and images available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner. We take pride in the fact that when all the material is provided none of our projects have taken us longer than four weeks to complete, regardless of their complexity.

Here at Graphic Design by Dianne we have always prided ourselves on providing the best in personal service. Our policy of 100% customer satisfaction and will work hand in hand with you to ensure that you have a website that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive to use.

The turn around time will depends on the amount of changes. After completion of your website the general turn around time on updates is 24 to 48 hours. We pride ourselves that the updates are completed to your exact specifications and in a timely manner.

If you locate a site that you like the look and feel of or one that has a certain feature you would like on your site feel free to mention it. We will take this into consideration while constructing your website and will attempt to duplicate it while customizing it to make it your own. We are very flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer.

After you receive your completed web site, you can use any tool you are comfortable with to make changes. Our designs are compatible with Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and many other web design tools. You can also subscribe to our Website Maintenance Service and let us make the changes for you. The cost of this service is $35 per hour. You may contact us at any time to utilize this service and you will receive a detailed quote outlining the estimated cost and work to be accomplished.

One of the many valuable features we offer is search engine submission. If you choose that as an add-on feature then we will methodically submit your site content to all of the major search engines, e.g., Google, Yahoo, MSN. This will increase the speed in which your site is indexed by these search engines; which will allow you to begin driving traffic to your site quicker. Please note that the listing can take between one and four weeks and is subject to the rules and regulations of the specific search engine.

Of course! There is no monthly or up front fee. You only pay when you need it and for what you need! Any time you need changes made to your website, simply contact us and provide us with a description of what changes you need made. We will then give you a detailed price quote for your approval. This will ensure that you always know what you are paying for and provides you with an estimated time of completion. No more monthly maintenance fee's or hoping your web master has time.
